Murasaki Sweet Potatoes are a delicious variety that offers a sweetness and a very distinct nuttiness. It’s one of our favorites to grow and eat! The skin is a bright purplish/red; whereas the flesh is a creamy ivory color. The texture is slightly drier than your normal orange flesh.
